Blueberry & Orange Breakfast Granola

GranolaIngredients:
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 cups Healthy Life Oats
- 1/2 cup Healthy Life Rice Bran
- 1/2 cup wheatgerm
- 1/4 cup Healthy Life Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Healthy Life Linseed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
- 1/2 cup Healthy Life Dried Cranberries
- 1/3 cup Healthy Life Almonds

Method:
1- Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C fan-forced.
2- Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
3- Place maple syrup, honey, orange rind and orange juice in a saucepan over low heat. Stir over low heat for two minutes or until smooth.
4- Combine oats, bran, wheatgerm, sunflower seeds, linseed and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add syrup mixture and stir until all the oat mixture is coated.
5- Spread over prepared tray and bake, stirring every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes or until dry and crisp. Cool on tray.
6- Stir through berries and almonds.
7- To serve place half a cup of granola into a bowl and serve with low fat yogurt, fresh berries and drizzle with honey.
This can be kept for up to two weeks in an air tight container.
